Amy Slaton is getting back into fitness after her successful weight-loss journey.
In PEOPLE’s exclusive clip from the upcoming episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters, the 38-year-old is with her sisters Misty and Amanda, sister-in-law Brittany, and maid of honor Lee Lee.
The group is attending a bungee fitness class as Amy hopes to get in shape for her wedding day. But she has a rough start getting in the harness.
“My excess fat’s going in between my legs…my dunlap is getting caught,” she whispers to her sister Misty, who immediately replies, “I don’t know what to tell you.”
“These harnesses were not meant for people with excess skin, I’ll tell you that,” Amy adds in a confessional. “My fat roll would go in between the strap and my leg.”
After getting weight-loss surgery in 2019, Amy lost nearly 200 lbs. Now she says she’s been struggling with her excess skin as she continues to lose weight.
“Lately I’ve been doing so good on my weight loss and now that I’m skinnier, it’s starting to bother me even more,” she admits.

“Like, you can see my six-pack,” she says with a laugh while poking her stomach. She then teases, “No, it’s not a six-pack yet. It’s just a kegger. It’s a small keg.”
The instructor starts the class by telling the women that they’re going to begin with running in the bungee equipment, which she called “the most fun” part.
“You’re going to run forward and you’re going to run back,” she tells the group. “If you don’t run backwards, you’re going to fall on your butt because it’s going to drag you backwards. You’re essentially strapped to a rubber band.”

During the first attempt, Amy immediately falls backwards and lands on the floor.
“I’m done with that one, nope,” she says, picking herself up.
“I felt it when she hit the floor,” Misty says in a confessional. “It jarred the floor.”
“I’m not doing that again. I’m not getting slammed on my ass again,” Amy stresses. “It was a rubber band pulling me back on my ass. I got pulled back, like you were getting in trouble. My Mama pulled me up out of my shirt.”
