Millie Mackintosh is staying in a luxury wellness retreat in India following her split from Hugo Taylor.
The Daily Mail revealed on Monday that the Made In Chelsea star, 36, has separated from Hugo, 39, after seven years of marriage and welcoming daughters Sienna, five, and Aurelia, four.
Amid her heartbreak, Millie has checked into Six Senses Vana, a 5-star wellness retreat in the Himalayan foothills where rooms cost £4,500 for a stay of five days.
Named after the sal forest it takes refuge in and spread over 21 acres, Six Senses Vana aims to ‘protect and nurture, providing space to discover and flourish.’
The retreat combines, yoga, Tibetan medicine, and natural healing therapies in a bid to ‘rebalance the doshas’ – known in the alternative medicine system Ayurveda as the three basic types of energy or principles found within living beings.
Millie has been documenting her stay on social media, stating the PR trip is ‘not a holiday, it’s a reset’ designed to ‘heal the nervous system.’

Stays at the retreat begin with a 45-minute consultation in which a traditional pulse reading is taken to establish dosha imbalances.
There is also a high-tech screening of 30 biomarkers, the results of which determine a personalised itinerary for the stay.
At the retreat there are selection of treatments and therapies for guests to choose from, including Ayurveda healing and Tibetan Sowa Rigpa.
At the spa there is the option of a four-handed Abhyanga massage, which blends Ayurvedic oils with knot kneading.
The Ku Nye masseuse presses hot pods into your energy channels while chanting Sanskrit mantras.
There is also Raag therapy – an alternative healing practice – that induces healing via time spent with a flutist.
Hor Gyi Metsa is a therapeutic soft tissue manipulation that works on white channels and nerve pathways.
While the ‘Subtle Energies facial helps your inner beauty radiate outwards.’

Six Senses Vana claims to enable you to ‘feel, think, and be better, through connecting to yourself, others, and nature.
‘Moving your body, energy, and thoughts. Healing from what pains you. Accepting what is, to rebalance, rewild, and rechild.’
General Manager Jaspreet Singh said of the retreat: ‘From the moment you arrive, when your forehead is dotted with crimson, and you don your loose-fitting kurta pajamas, to the moment you leave, and your wrist is tied with a red-string blessing, this soothing space serves as a leveler, where you can come as you are and connect to each other and nature without hindrance
‘Even if you are a regular retreat-goer, everyone is unique; therefore, Six Senses Vana approaches your health and wellness in a way that’s unique to you.’
Millie has credited the retreat with helping her amid her heartbreak, stating: ‘I didn’t realise how much my nervous system had been carrying until I finally stopped.
‘This week isn’t about doing more, it’s about unwinding. Listening. Letting my body feel safe enough to rest.’
Millie also revealed one thing that surprised her about the retreat, writing: ‘I didn’t expect it to break me open I came here for a reset. I didn’t realise how much I needed to feel.’
Among her gallery of snaps was a picture of Mille floating serenely in water as she took part in water therapy while wearing the same green two-piece.
She captioned the snap: ‘The rituals are deeply grounding. Warm oils, Water therapy, being held literally and emotionally.’

‘Ayurveda doesn’t follow wellness trends. Quiet and grounding it’s the kind of place that invites you inward, without pressure to perform or even to socialise.
‘Somewhere in all that stillness, I met some truly incredible people with inspiring stories. It’s been so much more than just a reset. What else would you like to see from my trip?’

Mille is yet to address the news of her split.
Sources close to the pair say they remain committed to co-parenting their young children, who continue to be their priority, and to maintaining a loving family life.
Millie and Hugo, who met as teenagers and first dated during E4’s Made In Chelsea, had been married since June 2018.
A source told Daily Mail: ‘Millie and Hugo are currently going through a separation and have sadly decided to split.
‘They have known each other for many years, and in recent weeks, have had serious conversations about their future, ultimately deciding it’s better for them both to part ways.
‘Their main priority remains their children and family life, and separating is not something they ever hoped would happen.
‘At present, they are considering what living apart might look like and how they plan to navigate co-parenting their young children.
‘It’s been an incredibly difficult start to the year, and one they hope to continue managing in private.’

In recent years, Millie has been open with her fans about her past struggles with alcohol, which led her to become teetotal and write the book Bad Drunk, as well as her journey in overcoming severe anxiety.
Millie has spoken candidly about how she began binge drinking at a young age while at boarding school, using alcohol to cope with being away from home, bullying and her own insecurities.
She released Bad Drunk last year, documenting her journey to sobriety and her efforts to let go of the toxic cycles and shame associated with her past.
After joining Made In Chelsea at 21, Millie said her drinking escalated even further as she faced trolling over her appearance, which triggered anxiety and panic attacks.
