Founded by Neiman and fellow Rumble Boxing co-founder Andy Stenzler in 2025, The Pack is already preparing to scale beyond its New York City roots
The Pack, a group fitness concept that combines strength training, conditioning and self-defense techniques, is launching a global franchising platform as it looks to expand beyond New York City.
Founded by Rumble Boxing co-founders Noah Neiman and Andy Stenzler, alongside Super Bowl champion Russell Wilson and Ciara, The Pack developed its format around a mix of strength and core work, cardio conditioning and striking-based self-defense, which the brand refers to as “Street Defense.” Classes are trainer-led and designed to be repeatable across locations.
Currently, The Pack operates one studio in New York City’s Flatiron neighborhood.
The franchising move follows inbound interest from independent operators and multi-unit franchise groups, according to the brand. Rather than anchoring the concept to a single studio size or layout, The Pack says its model was built to operate across a range of real estate formats.

“We are excited to challenge many of the traditional rules of franchising,” Stenzler told Athletech News. “The Pack’s program is intentionally flexible and designed to thrive across a wide range of real estate formats and footprint sizes.”
“As the pioneer in blending self-defense with group fitness, this flexibility allows us to bring The Pack to markets where traditional group fitness has historically performed well, while also expanding into new locations with significant untapped potential,” he added.
Franchise partners will receive access to standardized programming, instructor training and certification, operating systems and brand guidelines, as well as ongoing support. The company said it’s launching the franchising platform directly through its founding team to maintain consistency as the brand scales.
While the brand couldn’t share specific details at this time, The Pack plans to pursue both U.S. and international expansion.
