General (DG) is a 6-month-old Black Lab/Boxer mix who must be neutered before adoption. He was found in the parking lot of Dollar General when he was only 8 weeks old!
General has been in foster for 4 months; and he is doing great! He currently weighs 36 pounds and we believe he will be a medium sized adult dog. He is the picture of health with his gorgeous black, shiny coat! General is smart as can be; and has learned so many things while in foster. He is both house trained and crate trained. He knows the commands–sit, shake, kennel up, etc. You can see in his pictures that we didn’t even need a leash to make while he was outside for pictures.
General is very well behaved, listen well, and has been easy to train. He gets along well with everybody–staff, volunteers, children, and other dogs. General is the total package of a dog–beauty, brains, and so gentle and loving.
