In today’s cozy at-home vlog, I’m slowing things down and sharing a more personal side of my beauty, wellness, and self-care routine. I start the morning with a quiet yoga session in my bedroom… something that’s always been very private for me. Yoga has taught me to be more patient and nonjudgmental with myself, to accept imperfections, and to simply move my body with intention. As I get older, I’ve learned that mindful movement, stretching, and self-care aren’t luxuries… they’re necessities.

After yoga, I head into the kitchen to make a quick and healthy breakfast fruit parfait that my boys love. It’s simple, delicious, and perfect for busy mornings or an easy wellness boost.

In today’s vlog I’m also sharing the vitamin routine that’s helped me feel my best these last few years… from more energy and stamina to clearer skin and healthier hair. It’s been a journey, but I truly feel more beautiful, balanced, and confident than ever before.
