The Riverside Company has made an investment in Western Botanicals, a Spanish Fork, Utah-based developer and manufacturer of vitamins, minerals and supplements. No financial terms were disclosed.
“As consumers increasingly invest in healthy lifestyles and prioritize preventive wellness, demand for high-quality supplements continues to grow,” said Brad Roberts, co-chief investment officer of Riverside’s Capital appreciation strategy in a statement. “Western Botanicals is well-positioned to capitalize on these market tailwinds, and we are excited to partner with the management team to build on the company’s strong momentum.”
The current management team will retain a meaningful ownership stake in the business.
