‘Twas the day before Valentine’s Day and New York Fashion Week was filled with nothing but light, love and looks. The day’s lineup included some heavy hitters—PatBo, Sergio Hudson and Christian Cowan—and attendees from show to show delivered on both the beauty and fashion fronts.
One moment that immediately caught our eye was creator and storyteller Skylar Marshai, who stunned in a drop-dead gorgeous power suit ensemble. The beauty details sealed the deal. Her look somewhat resembled one we recall of Solange from New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2017 back in September. Marshai’s fully blown-out big hair, blonde eyebrows and deeply lined lips gave us everything we wanted and needed. And we can’t forget the bejeweled nails in stiletto and coffin shapes that added extra flair and texture.
As we patiently await spring, a familiar hair color for the warmer season appeared several times on the streets: honey blonde. Styled in variations of a neck-length bob, layered lengths with a side part and braids, we can already see the future of Spring/Summer 2026 so clearly from these cold New York streets.
