This week, celebrity beauty was sandwiched between Valentine’s Day, New York Fashion Week, and of course, star-studded awards and events. From new recruits to team bob to red Old Hollywood nails and makeup-heavy moments, the best beauty moments were all in good taste.
For one, Beyoncé—in her first public appearance of 2026—surfaced a brand new bob during Super Bowl weekend. Her dirty blonde barrel curls framed her face as she stuffed it with a big, American burger—still managing to keep her nude lipstick in place. But, she wasn’t the only one recruited to bobs this week. Teyana Taylor, who’s usually partial to a pixie cut, pulled off a shoulder-length flipped bob as she accepted her Vanguard Spotlight Award at the Costume Awards. Meanwhile, Monica was all over the front row this fashion week showing off her bobs, from vintage blonde at Public School to a black half-up at Marc Jacobs.
As for makeup, Doja Cat had the perfect Valentine’s Day lip combo (paired with a pink pixie cut): the MAC Lip Pencil in “Chestnut” and MACximal Silky Matte Lipstick in “Honeylove”. Like Doja’s dramatic black eyeshadow, Keke Palmer’s makeup artist Kenya Alexis color-blocked her lids with nudes and black as well. Red was also a big hit this week. Kelly Rowland and Mary J. Blige both agreed short, round, and red was the ideal combination for a stunning manicure moment.
