Rosabella moringa powder capsules have been recalled due to a Salmonella contamination.Affected bottles have expiration dates through November 2027 and were sold nationwide.The outbreak is still being investigated, with illnesses reported in seven states.

There’s an active recall on a supplement sold nationwide, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This is due to its connection to a Salmonella outbreak.

The supplement product affected is bottles of Rosabella moringa powder capsules. Lot codes impacted all start with “1356” and range from 5020591 through 5100048, with impacted expiration dates through November 2027. The recall information is printed on the bottom of the bottles. The supplements were sold across the U.S. online on eBay, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shein and at the Tryrosabella.com online store.

Check your supplements, and if your moringa powder capsules match the recall information, dispose of them or return to your place of purchase for a potential refund. As of February 17, there have been seven total illnesses, including three hospitalizations connected to these supplements in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee and Washington.

Common symptoms of Salmonella infection (salmonellosis) include diarrhea, stomach cramps, headaches, nausea, vomiting and/or loss of appetite. These symptoms will usually start from six hours to six days after infection, and they can last up to seven days—they may be more severe for immunocompromised individuals.
