Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has teamed up with Kid Rock in a bizarre video campaign promoting the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services’ Make America Healthy Again, or MAHA, initiative.

The 72-year-old Health Secretary shared the video, titled Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock’s Rock Out Work Out, on X with the caption, “I’ve teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD.”

The video, which sparked suspicions of AI, shows RFK Jr. and the 55-year-old controversial Detroit rocker working out shirtless and drinking whole milk while soaking in a hot tub to his song Bawitdaba.

The official Department of Health and Human Services account reposted the video, captioned “BawitMAHA.” RFK Jr., who recently admitted to snorting drugs off of toilet seats in the past, can be seen in the bizarre campaign working out shirtless in jeans alongside Kid Rock, real name Robert James Ritchie.

The duo uses various workout equipment, including a stationary bike that, for some reason, is inside a sauna. RFK Jr. does a cold plunge while wearing jeans after Kid Rock flashes a middle finger at the camera. They also appear to play pickleball with flame and lightning effects added.

Perhaps the strangest part of the video was when the two men sat together in an indoor hot tub, drinking glasses of what appears to be milk, as a graphic reading ‘WHOLE MILK’ was splashed across the screen.

Social media users were convinced the video had to be AI-generated due to its cringey content. “It’s… not … A.I. this time. WOW,” one person commented. “I feel like I just took mushrooms. What is going on?” another replied.

“In what alternate reality did they think anyone would want to see this? Bizarre!” a third commenter wrote, as another chimed in, “How are they not embarrassed?” A fourth simply wrote, “Cringe.”

Another fumed, “We have a cabinet full of social media influencers who care more about creating content than doing their job,” as one user wrote, “I am embarrassed for them. Now I have to go throw bleach in my eyes.”

One person commented on Kid Rock showing his middle finger in the strange ad, writing, “Since when did somebody flipping off the camera become acceptable? This is strange and gross.” Others agreed, with some noting the song’s inappropriate lyrics that reference drug use.

“And they were worried about the Super Bowl? Unreal!” one person commented. Another echoed, “And Republicans are losing their minds over Bad Bunny?”
