A supplement recalled in connection to a salmonella outbreak resulting in several illnesses in multiple states is being investigated by the Food and Drug Administration.
To date, at least seven people across seven states were infected with the outbreak strain between Nov. 7, 2025 and Jan. 8, 2026. FDA officials said the cases were reported in Washington, Arizona, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee and Florida.

Agency officials said the outbreak is tied to certain Rosabella-brand capsules distributed across the country by Ambrosia Brands to its direct-to-consumer website and TikTok Shop since February 2025. The FDA added that there may be an unauthorized third-party distribution to consumers through eBay.com, Shein, and other websites.

The recall covers Rosabella Moringa Capsules that are sold in 60-count white bottles. The lots impacted all start with 1356 as the sku number, and end in a -1 or -2 after the lot code and the full list is available here.
Food and Drug Administration officials noted that the lot code is printed on the bottom of the bottles, and it has expiration dates from 03/2027 to 11/2027.

Consumers who bought lots of the recalled supplements are urged to throw them away immediately, and to avoid consuming, selling, or serving the product.
