Zonda and Fischer Homes have teamed up to unveil a wellness-inspired retreat rooted in biophilic design principles. Called the 2026 Virtual Concept Home, it is debuting at this week’s International Builders Show and is available in two versions: The Holistic Retreat and the Restorative Retreat.

Zonda, a leading provider of data and insights in the housing industry, and Fischer Homes, one of the nation’s largest home builders, created the concept home to illustrate how homeowners want to live as well as show how builders can plan more intentionally for the future. This is Zonda’s third virtual concept home, and its first with Fischer Homes.
