Trinity is located in Lakeland Town Square.
After nearly a decade of serving patients across multiple clinics, Tricia Mullen and Natalie Narrow have announced the opening of Trinity Health and Wellness in Lakeland, located in Lakeland Town Square off Highway 70, marking what they describe as both a professional milestone and a personal calling.
The new clinic reflects the duo’s longstanding commitment to faith-centered, patient-focused care. After growing through three previous clinical settings, Mullen and Narrow say the launch of Trinity Health and Wellness represents a “forever home” where they can bring together years of experience, meaningful patient relationships, and a holistic vision for health.
“Our journey has prepared us for this next step,” the founders shared. “We believe this is where we’re meant to serve — building something lasting for our community.”
Trinity Health and Wellness will offer a range of services designed to address whole-body wellness. These include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medically guided weight loss programs and peptide therapies, lifestyle medicine, IV nutrient therapies, and in-house laboratory services. The clinic also plans to introduce innovative treatments not widely available in the Lakeland area.
Beyond medical services, the founders emphasize creating a welcoming, home-like environment where patients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. From seamless communication to personalized care plans, the clinic’s model centers on building trust and long-term relationships.
The practice also intends to collaborate with trusted healthcare professionals to provide more comprehensive, holistic support. Plans are underway to host group classes, educational workshops, and community events focused on strengthening the body, mind, and spirit.
Accessibility is another cornerstone of the clinic’s mission. Mullen and Narrow say they are developing programs to help make transformative wellness therapies available to individuals regardless of their circumstances.
As Trinity Health and Wellness opens its doors, the founders are inviting the Lakeland community to take part in shaping the clinic’s future — offering feedback, participating in events, and helping cultivate what they hope will become a compassionate and supportive health community.
“With grateful hearts and open hands, we’re here to serve,” they said.
