Greater Kailash Vidhan Sabha is all set to host ‘Anandam Fest-2026’, a vibrant two-day celebration of fitness, food, music and community spirit. Scheduled for 21-22 February at GK II, DDA Shankar Park near Gurudwara, the festival promises entertainment and engaging activities for residents of all ages.
The festival will feature electrifying live performances by popular singers Akhil Sachdeva and Mohit Chauhan, along with local talent showcases such as ‘GK Got Talent’ and the ‘Elderly Ramp Walk’, celebrating creativity and the confidence of senior citizens.
Day two, 22 February, will kick off with a 5-km fitness marathon flagged off by eminent journalist Rajat Sharma from Hansraj Marg near Madhuban Hotel at 6 am. The run will be followed by a high-energy zumba session to promote wellness and community engagement.
MLA Greater Kailash, Shikha Roy, said, “The fest reflects the vibrant spirit of our community. It is a platform for families to unite, local talent to flourish and citizens to enjoy fitness, culture and joy in a safe and festive environment.”
Delhi Tourism Minister Kapil Mishra said, “Such festivals strengthen Delhi’s cultural and social landscape, promote tourism, support local businesses and encourage community bonding. I invite citizens from across Delhi to participate.”
The two-day event promises a lively mix of music, fitness, shopping and entertainment, making it a must-visit for residents across Greater Kailash, Chirag Delhi, East of Kailash, Kailash Colony, CR Park and Shahpur Jat.
