Triptii Dimri does not believe in gatekeeping. The actress often shares the secret behind her glowing skin and her beauty routines. During an interview with Indulge Express, Triptii once shared that beauty to her is all about acceptance.

“It’s about having the courage to be honest with who you are, prioritising internal authenticity over external perceptions. I believe true beauty lies in accepting both oneself and others without judgement. A person who embodies this acceptance is, in my eyes, genuinely beautiful.”

Talking about her skincare secrets, the actress revealed her skincare routine is minimalistic and straightforward. Triptii revealed she likes to cleanse her face the first thing in the morning. Next she applies a vitamin C serum, followed by a moisturiser that suits her “oily T-zone”. After that, she puts on some sunscreen.

In the evening, she likes to wash her face, even if it is makeup-free, and applies a suitable moisturiser, and that is pretty much it for her nighttime skincare routine.

The actress also revealed that she believes in home remedies and has “picked up a lot of home tips” from her sister. She shared, “As a kid, I used to experiment a lot with my hair, inspired by her. One effective ritual involved grinding dry Amla, Reeta and Shikakai, soaking it overnight, and applying the paste on my hair the next day – trust me, it works wonders.”

Talking about home remedies for body care, Triptii revealed that she mixes besan with curd and a bit of turmeric to make a pack in the hot and humid weather. “During winter, I add honey to the same mixture for extra hydration. I indulge in these whenever I have some free time and feel like pampering myself,” the actress added.

Triptii Dimri’s Fitness Routine

Triptii Dimri’s approach towards fitness is all about balance. She usually combines movement, mindful eating, and overall well-being. Rather than intense training before every project, Triptii follows a more measured routine throughout the year.

Talking about her fitness routine, Triptii told Indulge Express, “My fitness routine is deliberately uncomplicated. In the past, I used to engage in rigorous workouts before every shoot, but I found myself getting tired on set. Now, I prioritise maintaining balance, ensuring I don’t overexert my body.”

She revealed that her routine typically includes Pilates, light cardio, and easy weight training with manageable weights, which she maintains during filming. This approach enables her to conserve energy for longer shoots.

She continued, “I’ve also adopted a more relaxed attitude towards my diet, preferring a balanced meal over strict ones. Eating what I enjoy contributes to my overall happiness—an essential factor when working on a film set for long hours.”

Talking about her diet, Triptii revealed that she indulges in noodles and momos every other day without fail. However, to balance that out, she makes sure to include a green smoothie on the same day. By prioritising both fitness and happiness, Triptii has found a routine that keeps her physically fit and mentally refreshed.
