Robin’s Four Week Wellness Challenge
(ABC 6 News) – Today, ABC 6’s new anchor Robin Wolfram took her first step in her four-week wellness challenge.

Robin is focusing on three principles on her road to wellness. First, she will hydrate with eight glasses of water daily, while also cutting back on Diet Coke. Second, she will be committing to moving. At a minimum, she will be walking 30 minutes a day, three times a week. That will be paired with 30 minutes of strength training twice a week. Finally, there will be a commitment to both mental and emotional health. This will be made up of meditation, prayer, stretching, massage, or even a relaxing bath. The mental health moment will be done 15 minutes daily, five times a week.
Diet and nutrition are not part of the three goals Robin is most focused on. However, she is happy to work with or support anyone who will be taking that on in their journey.
