West Bend, Wi – There’s a fresh coat of ambition going up at Shepherds Center I as owner Jessica Valind prepare to unveil a new concept in beauty and business.
Located at 3716 W. Washington St. in West Bend, Wi, the Valinds are transforming a former salon space into The Beauty Collective, a non-traditional, professionally designed studio environment for independent beauty professionals. The new venture is slated to open May 1, and leasing is already underway.

Valind began remodeling after her former tenant moved out at the end of December 2025.
Since then, the space has been undergoing a complete refresh with new flooring, updated lighting, fresh paint, and new furnishings. The goal is to create a cohesive, elevated environment that welcomes clients the moment they walk through the door.
The Beauty Collective is designed for hairstylists, nail technicians, estheticians, massage therapists, and permanent makeup artists who are ready to grow their businesses in a turnkey setting.
What sets the space apart is its unified design. Rather than a pieced together suite concept, each studio has been intentionally built with brand new Collins cabinetry and professional all-purpose styling chairs throughout.
The result is a polished, consistent look across all studios, allowing beauty professionals to step into a space that already reflects a high standard.
Each studio comes with 3 base cabinets, shampoo sink, 1 upper cabinet, all purpose stylist chair and 2 mirrors. The studios are 93 square feet and the double is 169 square feet.

In addition to the upgraded interiors, the building offers 24/7 secure access, a highly visible and convenient location along West Washington Street and ample parking for clients.
The Beauty Collective will feature eight private studios and one double studio. The owner is currently connecting with local beauty professionals interested in pre signing leases ahead of the May 1, 2026 opening.
