As more than 100,000 people remain without power two days after a historic blizzard in Massachusetts, Planet Fitness is opening its doors to anyone without power.

Members and nonmembers will be able to use Planet Fitness’ facilities for free, including showers, electrical outlets, WiFi, workout equipment, massage chairs and HydroMassage loungers. It will be open for nonmembers through Feb. 27.

At least one Planet Fitness location in Plymouth is not open due to the storm. However, the company’s website states others, including in Wareham, Falmouth and South Yarmouth, are open.

Overall, 160,052 customers were without power as of 6 a.m. Wednesday. This included 100% of customers in Wellfleet, which accounts for 4,461 customers.

But it’s not the only area with a high percentage of customers left in the dark.

In Brewster, 95%, or 8,512, of customers were still without power Wednesday. Eastham had 96% of customers without power. And 22,099 people in Barnstable were without power.

Officials warned it could take up to five days for some areas to get power back, especially in remote areas. Warming centers have also opened for people in many of those areas.
