These are a little large but they are smooth in texture & I have not had any issues swallowing them. I like that i only need to take 1 a day rather than a bunch of pills and i have felt like they have helped me boost my immune system.
I suffer from nail breakage & I have not had that issue since I started taking these. I also suffer from rosacea and the times I eat right while taking these, Ive seen a redness reduction in my face.
I would definitely recommend these vitamins.
These vitamins seem to be pretty decent. I don’t get an upset stomach or the jitters like I do with any other brands. I am pretty satisfied with them and I would buy them again!
