Hello friends!
Since we have all taken our turns going taking you through recovery, we thought it was only fitting that Annie should lead you through a recovery workout today.
We did ours outside – because it was gorgeous and sunshine makes us happier. We encourage you to take your workouts outside when possible. We all need vitamin D in our lives.
For toady you should only need a mat and a band or towel to follow along. You will get to experience a lot of variations of the exercises that we have done in the past and some great new ones. Enjoy!
