Luxury beauty packaging manufacturer Texen has applied its industrial expertise to create the new pack of Lancôme’s latest mascara, Lash Idôle Curl Goddess, which was launched this year in Europe and the US.

Designed to deliver a visually striking brushed aluminum finish, the project combined advanced technical expertise with tailor-made decorative processes co-developed alongside the L’Oréal brand.

Custom-designed by Texen, the pack is manufactured and decorated in France. Engineered for optimal grip and a truly tactile experience, it features distinctive curves and a slimmer waistline, while the lid is precisely engraved with the brand signature.

Made from recyclable polypropylene (PP), with an injection-molded cap and a blow-molded bottle. Both parts are subject to engraving in the mold – a tightly-controlled process that produces the pack’s tactile, striated finish.

The rose gold color is applied through a fine-tuned process of metallization. Texen’s decoration experts have achieved a uniform and durable coverage, while preserving the brushed effect from the in-mold engraving.

Following its successful partnership on Hypnôse Drama Mascara, Texen celebrates 30 years of expertise in mascara primary packaging with Lash Idôle Curl Goddess.

Texen’s state-of-the-art mascara line automates assembly of the component parts for “optimized speed and efficiency.”
