Fortify your mind and body with the 4th Annual Spring Into Wellness Health Fair, a free community event that highlights health and wellness resources, businesses, practitioners and nonprofit organizations serving Black, Indigenous, Queer and Trans People of Color (BIQTPOC) in Sacramento. Organized by Love Liberated and Sacramento Filipinx LGBTQIA+ in recognition of National LGBTQ Health Awareness Week, the fair will feature free yoga instruction and sound healing, music, food, interactive workshops, giveaways, raffles and affirming health resources.
The event is BIQTPOC organized and focused, and allies are welcome to attend the event. To ensure the event is accessible to disabled and immunocompromised people, face masks are required and provided upon entry.
The event will take place on Sunday, March 8 at Flower Fist Art Market on 1819 E St. in Sacramento from 1-4 p.m. Register for the event here.
