WEST HARTFORD, CT — A special event in West Hartford this weekend aims to help teens improve their physical and emotional health.

The third annual Teen Wellness Fair will take place Saturday, March 7, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the cafeteria at Hall High School, 975 N. Main St.

The free event is open to students in grades 6–12 and their caregivers. To register in advance, click on this link.

The Teen Wellness Fair is designed and planned by teens.

Organizers said the event supports middle and high school students with activities centered on connection, coping, and self-care.

The afternoon will include food, music, games, prizes, art, fitness activities, and access to school and community resources. Admission and activities are free.

Youth leaders involved in organizing the fair are working to raise $1,000 to support event activities and teen wellness resources. Donations can be made online.
