Overnight Oats

Directions
Use a medium size bowl with a lid.Place oats and chia seed in the bowl. Next, add the 2 cups of milk, ¾ cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, pinch of salt. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.Put the lid on the bowl and put in the fridge overnightThe next morning, spoon a serving of overnight oats into a jar or bowl and choose one of the options below for toppings!
Three ways to flavor your oats:
PB&J Oats – Add blueberries, a spoonful of jam and Peanut butterBerry Cobbler Oats – Add frozen berry mix, chopped walnuts, and a sprinkle of granolaApple Cinnamon Oats – add chopped or grated apple, chopped pecans, and cinnamon
