Onelife Fitness has announced a major renovation of its location at 1407 Research Blvd in Rockville, with a $2 million investment planned for the 63,000SF facility. Last month, One Life officially began a $3.5 million investment to expand and renovate its Germantown location at 20500 Seneca Meadows Parkway.
The upgrades at the Rockville location will include new equipment, redesigned training areas, and the addition of two new training programs. The club will introduce both HYROX Training and Strike Boxing, becoming an official HYROX Training Club. According to the company, the programs reflect growing demand for functional fitness and combat inspired training options.
Additional improvements will include a recovery studio featuring HydroMassage, red light therapy, and Normatec compression therapy, along with an expanded turf training area and an upgraded free weight floor. The renovation will also include updates to boutique fitness studios used for group fitness, mind and body classes, and cycling.
