Continuum Company launched sales of Continuum 12000 Sport & Wellness Residences, a 20-story luxury tower that will rise on Miami’s Biscayne Bay

Located at 12000 North Bayshore Drive and overlooking Indian Creek, the glass building will offer 262 residences, including one- to three-bedroom units, waterfront villas and penthouses. All homes will have private terraces with panoramic views of the ocean and Miami skyline, along with wellness features like NSF-certified water filtration and cedar saunas.

The development will have a host of amenities anchored by The Mermaid Club, which will have approximately 150,000 square feet of waterfront, sports and wellness spaces with access to Biscayne Bay, including over 1.5 acres of submerged land that will be transformed into an “aquatic playground” with floating pools, paddleboards and water toys. There will also be a beach deck and a 20-slip marina.

“The reality is, in Miami you’re surrounded by water, but you can’t get on it,” Continuum Company Founder and Chairman Ian Bruce Eichner said. “At 12000, you don’t just get a great view, you get a first-of-its-kind immersive waterfront experience.”

Indoor amenities will include a 4,500-square-foot fitness center and spa with contrast therapy, cold plunges and infrared saunas, as well as indoor pickleball and sport courts, golf and multi-sport simulators and putting greens.

Paul Duesing Partners is the interior designer, while Kobi Karp is the architect, and Urban Robot is the landscape architect. Continuum Realty is handling sales. Construction is set for 2027.
