Six new businesses are set to open at a $500 million redevelopment complex in Union County called The Park, beginning in July 2026.
Their debut will mean new dining, wellness and retail options at the 185-acre campus in Berkeley Heights formerly known as Connell Corporate Park.
The incoming tenants will occupy space within The District at The Park, a 60-acre section of the property anchored by a walkable main street with about 160,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.
The Park redevelopment is transforming the site from a traditional office campus into a mixed-use neighborhood.
The new food and beverage concepts include Four Spoons Ice Cream Company, a family-owned shop, Doner Shack, a Mediterranean street food concept and Cafe Exchange, a two-story café.
The other tenants include Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, Dogtopia and Greatness Wins athletic apparel.
The new tenants join a separate group of entertainment and dining concepts announced earlier this year, with openings expected to begin in the fall of 2026.
They include Emberside Brewery, Rosa Azul and BASH, multiple bars, event spaces and 14 duckpin bowling lanes, which the development describes as among the first in New Jersey.
The Park already includes a 176-room Embassy Suites Hotel, a 112,000-square-foot Life Time Fitness center, Starbucks, Grain & Cane, FIELDHOUSE and more than 1.5 million square feet of office space that is 97% occupied.
Plans also call for 328 luxury apartments as part of the broader development.
