In a shared commitment to strengthening the Pasadena community, E-Central Credit Union partnered with the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center to host a credit-building workshop designed to empower employees with practical tools for long-term financial success.
The interactive session brought together employees of the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, including lifeguards, coaches, and administrative staff, for an open and engaging conversation about credit health, financial responsibility, and building a strong foundation for the future.
The workshop provided clarity around topics that can often feel overwhelming: understanding credit scores, improving payment habits, managing debt, and building credit for the first time.
“At E-Central, we are proud to partner with the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center because we share the same deep commitment to serving and strengthening our community,” said Evan Hitchcock, Vice President of Operations at E-Central Credit Union. “When organizations come together with aligned values, the impact extends far beyond a single workshop. By investing in financial education and overall well-being, we create meaningful opportunities that benefit not only our teams, but the greater community we all serve.”
At the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, supporting staff extends beyond professional development. The RBAC is committed to the financial stability of the community through its workforce development as well as through financial assistance offered to its patrons. Leadership sees financial education as part of overall well-being. Strengthening not only employees, but the broader community they impact.
