Traverse Fitness, Denver’s premier destination for performance and recovery, announced its grand opening this week for its second location in the heart of the Highlands neighborhood. After six years of cultivating a dedicated community at their South Broadway flagship, this expansion comes at the right time as classes continue to be waitlisted each week.
“We are excited to be opening a second location that can support our continued growth in the Denver market. We have been looking to expand into the Highlands area for a few years and this location has everything we could ask for. We’ve been thrilled with the initial response from the local community and we’re ready to welcome in everyone who has been patiently waiting to join Traverse.” — Jim Gerber, Co-Founder & CEO
The Highlands location is intentionally designed to serve as a member’s “Third Space”—a familiar place between work and life, where performance and recovery are treated with equal importance.
“We’re thrilled to expand to the Highlands. There are so many people here that come together, show up for each other, and put in the work to reach their goals. We are honored to plant roots in a neighborhood that shares our values of community and effort.” — Ashley Grant, Director of Club Operations
At 12,000 square feet, the Highlands location is designed with the community in mind. Based on the demand at the Broadway location, Traverse expanded every experience and amenity to accommodate even more members. With 3 class-based spaces, Traverse can accommodate over 115 members per hour. Additionally, with the expansion of the co-work space, recovery areas, and lineup of social events, the Traverse model is intentionally designed to create a full-circle social wellness experience for its members.
