Lancaster County hosts the “Beauty on Budget” consignment sale, offering designer bargains and eco-friendly shopping for spring at The Junction Center, March 13-15.
LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — Happening this weekend in Lancaster County, one of the largest women’s consignment sales is back at The Junction Center – just in time for your spring wardrobe.
The “Beauty on Budget” semi-annual sale welcomes visitors to shop for upscale and gently used clothing.
“This started back in 2020, very small. I had 60 consigners and it has blown up ever since. I now have three locations – Lancaster, Philly and Reading. And we’re up to over 200 consigners here in Lancaster,” said Shannon Cunningham, the founder of Beauty on Budget.
The sale features anything from designer clothes, purses, shoes, jewelry, accessories and more.
“We all know clothing is just so expensive and we as women have so many items that we wear once or twice or we have kids and we gain weight or we lose weight,” said Cunningham. “We have all of this clothing that we just don’t wear. So, this is great opportunity to sell your clothing, make some money and then you can re-shop and use that money to purchase items that you do want in your closet.”
Cunningham shared that this semi-annual event is also a great opportunity for mothers’ and their teen daughters to shop together.
“It has really started to spread like wildfire. People love this. It’s crazy to spend retail prices on things that we wear a couple times and even for growing teens, this is great spot to come. No mom wants to spend $120 on a pair of Lululemon leggings that their daughter is going to wear for a year and next year, is not going to fit,” said Cunningham.
The Lancaster Sale is happening March 13-15.
