Holistic wellness experiences for resort guests

The residency focuses on personalised sessions that aim to promote relaxation, emotional release and renewed energy. Guests can participate in private experiences that include sound meditation using singing bowls, Female Taoist practices, tantra meditation and energy-based therapies.

Sound meditation sessions incorporate the resonance of singing bowls, including full-body sound massages, where vibrations are used to ease physical tension, calm the nervous system and support deeper rest.

Energy healing and meditation practices

The programme also includes chakra-balancing therapies, Reiki treatments, crystal healing sessions and tantra-based meditation, all intended to encourage energetic alignment and emotional renewal.

Female Taoist practices offered during the residency incorporate breathwork, gentle movement and meditative awareness, helping guests develop a deeper connection with internal energy and overall vitality.

Guests may also book private yoga sessions, which are customised according to individual physical or emotional needs, allowing for a more personalised approach to wellness.

Practitioner perspective on the programme

Speaking about the residency, Daria Gudkova said:

“True wellness comes from the alignment of energy, presence, and intention. My work is about creating experiences that encourage guests to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore their own inner strength.”

Gudkova brings extensive experience in holistic wellness practices following years of study in India and the Himalayas, where she trained in Sanskrit, yoga therapy, sound healing and energy-based techniques. Her approach focuses on supporting the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being through personalised guidance.
