On March 10, Elmer De Jesus of Falling Waters, was presented with a Certificate of Recognition signed by West Virginia Governor Patrick Morissey for his completion of 10 years instructing dance at Extreme Family Fitness in Martinsburg. Presenting for the Governor are two of his students, Luisa and Michael Peters. At right is Chris Perkins, general manager of the gym.
