We go into great detail on this below, but curcuminoids are the natural compounds (including curcumin) found in the root of the turmeric plant. Curious to try this particular supplement with its “curcumin C3 complex,” we asked our tester Pete to give it a try. He first noted that this product comes in a plastic container, and that the lid “has a rubber-like feel to it that adds some grip and makes it easy to open and close.” He also found the label easy to read and that the instructions are to take one softgel one to three times daily with food or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.  Pete rated the product a 3 out of 5 on how easy it was to read and follow the instructions.
