Autumn Lake Healthcare, in partnership with Aviva at West Hartford, is proud to announce the launch of Spring Pathways, a free to attend four-part wellness series designed specifically for seniors and elders. The series will be held every Tuesday from March 24 through April 14, 2026, beginning at 11 a.m. at Aviva at West Hartford, located at 1 Hamilton Heights Drive, West Hartford, CT.
The Spring Pathways series brings together movement, education, and community connection in a welcoming environment. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to support participants in building confidence, strength, and knowledge to enhance their everyday lives.
Series Schedule & Session Highlights
March 24 – Balance & Confidence: This opening session focuses on balance, posture, and body awareness. Through gentle guided movement and practical tips, participants will explore improved stability and confidence with standing, walking, and everyday movement. March 31 – Mobility & Everyday Power: Building on the first session, this workshop targets the key muscles and routines that support daily life – including standing up, sitting down, navigating stairs, and reaching – to foster strength and confidence in everyday movement. April 7 – Understanding Transitions of Care: Featuring clear conversations and practical guidance, this session addresses core care options and helps reduce stress around life changes. Topics will include quality care, planning, family dynamics, available resources, and navigating transitions. April 14 – Spring Rejuvenation: The final session is a celebratory gathering focused on connection and reflection, complete with a spring activity and a wellness luncheon. All participants who complete the series will receive a complimentary wellness gift.
