Keyaira Johnson shared easy tips to improve your daily fitness and wellness.
MINNEAPOLIS — Spring is a time of new beginnings and fresh energy – so it is the perfect time to implement new wellness habits.
Keyaira Johnson, a fitness trainer and owner of PWRME Athletica, visited KARE 11 News at Noon on Monday to share tips on developing positive habits this spring.
Johnson advised starting each day with water and gradually increasing your daily intake until you reach your hydration goals. Green teas and peppermint teas are good additions to support digestion.
Cutting back on sugar and alcohol can improve your energy levels and sleep quality.
She added to aim for at least 20 minutes of movement per day, and focus on consistency instead of intensity.
