Hey guys video is about homemade peanut butter in just 1 minute for muscle building and health. Peanut butter is help in muscle building, gaining the weight, good for health, it also manage the blood sugar level, it is used in bodybuilding.

Peanut butter is good in fiber, good antioxident, it has a vitamin E, it has a healthy fats.
In this video I took 70 gram peanut butter . And also honey used because it has many advantages which is good for our health than sugar. And also cooking oil is used, you can used any cooking oil.
