IN KARAHI ADD 1 TEASPOON OF WHITE BUTTER AS I MELT .. ADD 1 TSP SABUT DHANIYA WITH 1/4 TSP HEENG .. ADD 1 SMALL ONION BLENDED .. 1/4 TSP RAJISTHANI LAL MIRCH POWDER + 1Tsp Channa Masala.. SAUTE ON LOW FLAME .. I have used Matta Red Rice Its South Indian Red Rice ..
I soaked One Fistful Overnight … Morning 1 glass of water boil add soaked rice give 10 pressure whistles .. once pressure ease strain .. Yr rice ready !!!
Now take Karahi add 1 teaspoon of white butter moment it melts add 1small onion finely chopped saute for 2 min add 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste Saute for 1 min till garlic looses raw smell add to it 30g Yellow zuchini .. saute it on medium flame add 1 tablespoon water to enhance flavour .. so all flavour get together .. cook for 1 min add to it the boiled rice .. lower the flame .. dont cover .. let the meledy enhance .. cook for 2 min … close the flame
