HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — Kenneth ‘Bradley’ Williams, co-defendant in Scott Spivey’s civil wrongful death case, is asking a judge to reconsider the court’s order last month.
Williams was denied immunity in a June 2024 wrongful death suit, which was not long after William Boyd was given a similar order.

READ THE FULL MOTION:
Williams new motion filed this week claims he was “far from encouraging Boyd,” urging him to retreat when both vehicles turned onto Camp Swamp Road.
Though the court notes Boyd drove at excessive speeds to pursue Spivey, this motion claims that should not reflect on Williams.
The motion also said Williams did not fire his weapon until after Boyd and Spivey fired theirs.
