Allyson Felix has busy days, too, but she makes it easier with how she keeps her body fueled.

Felix is the most decorated U.S. track and field athlete of all time, and while she officially retired from the sport in 2022, her fitness goals are still top priority.
“I’m a mom, I’m a business owner, I’m doing all the things so I just love the convenience of it and that it’s grab and go,” Felix exclusively tells Sporting News of her partnership with Abbott, global healthcare company, on their Ensure Max Protein 42g.
The convenience of the product is one aspect of the protein that works for Felix’s schedule. She’s a mom to daughter Camryn and son Trey, whom she shares with her husband Kenneth Ferguson, runs her footwear brand Sayesh, and still fits in workouts, to which Ensure Max Protein 42g comes in handy.
