Isabel Fernández, a wellness expert, published a thread on the social media platform X in which she outlines six signs that, in her view, suggest a person is intelligent.

The first is that these individuals often have fewer friends than average because, according to the expert, the more intelligent you are, the more selective you become in your relationships.

The second sign is that they tend to talk to themselves frequently, a habit that may seem unusual but that, according to her, can help improve concentration, mental clarity, and decision-making.

Third, she says intelligent people may be more disorganized because this can reflect creativity and a tendency to prioritize ideas over strict order: “Messy people tend to be very creative and intelligent.”

6 SEÑALES DE UNA PERSONA ALTAMENTE INTELIGENTE:

1. Las personas inteligentes suelen tener menos amigos que la media. Cuanto más inteligente eres, más selectivo te vuelves con las personas con las que te relacionas.

Quiet hours

The fourth sign points to people who prefer staying up late because, according to the expert, their brains remain more active during quieter hours.

Fifth, she highlights the ability to recognize one’s own ignorance without pretending otherwise, something she considers a key trait of intelligent people.

Finally, she argues that highly intelligent people value time alone and rarely get bored because their minds stay constantly active.

In the thread’s replies, many users reacted with humor after seeing themselves in some of these traits. Comments such as, “I talk to myself when I need an expert opinion,” or “I could easily start a podcast with myself,” captured the lighthearted tone of the conversation.e.
