Invitation to Bid on Nutrition Services Products
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be accepted by the Board of Trustees of Nampa School District No. 131, Idaho for Supplementary Food Items, Supplementary Cleaning Products, Fresh Bread, Carton Milk, Pest Control, and Kitchen Rational Oven Maintenance and Service, for the School Nutrition Program for the term starting July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.
All bidders must be approved vendors with USDA and must not have been debarred or suspended from being paid from federal grants.
Bid documents and detailed specifications for all sections are available online at nampa.school/procurement or may be acquired by contacting the District. Inquiries related to the bids should be directed to Kaitlyn Plischke, Department Manager, via email to bids@nsd131.org or by postal/personal delivery to the District’s administrative office at 619 S. Canyon Street, Nampa, ID 83686 Attn: Kaitlyn Plischke.
Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 pm Mountain Time, April 22, 2026 to the Clerk of the Board, Nampa School District, 619 S. Canyon St., Nampa, ID 83686 OR electronically on or before 2:00 pm Mountain Time, April 22, 2026 at nampa.school/procurement. Bids will be publicly opened at this time. Any bids received after this time will not be considered.
