On Tuesday, the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce officially announced its inaugural summit in May for Santa Clarita professionals.
The Workwell: The Business and Wellness Summit is a new, high-impact event that’s expected to redefine how businesses approach performance, culture, and workplace success in the Santa Clarita Valley.
The Workwell summit is intentionally designed for Santa Clarita professionals at all levels of the workplace, with the hope of reinforcing that success is driven by the collective health, focus, and performance of every individual within an organization, not just its leadership.
“WorkWell represents the type of forward-thinking programming our business community needs,” said Di Thompson, 2026 Chair of the SCV Chamber Board. “It brings together leaders and professionals to focus on what truly drives success — people. By investing in workplace wellbeing and performance, organizations are strengthening not only their teams, but their long-term growth and impact.”
The WorkWell summit is expected to deliver practical, real-world strategies that directly impact productivity, engagement, and long-term success, as organizations navigate workforce challenges, retention pressures, and the increasing demands for performance.
With these goals in mind, the WorkWell summit aims to gather business leaders, professionals, and decision-makers for a high-impact keynote and leadership panel designed to provide actionable insights that can be implemented immediately.
Attendees can expect to gain practical strategies that can create stronger workplace cultures, improve performance, and build resilient, high-performing teams.
Ultimately, the program is designed to deliver immediate value, equipping participants with the necessary tools and insights they can apply within their organizations right away.
“The strength of every workplace depends on the health, focus, and well-being of its people,” said Ivan Volschenk, President/CEO of the SCV Chamber. “WorkWell is about turning that understanding into action. This is not a passive conversation. It is a strategic experience designed to give businesses a competitive advantage through their people.”
In addition to the program, WorkWell is expected to offer sponsorship opportunities for organizations in the health, wellness, and performance sectors, enabling them to collaborate directly with business leaders and workplace decision-makers.
Apart from the summit, the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce aims to continue other initiatives that support business growth, economic vitality, and community strength. The WorkWell summit further reinforces the Chamber’s commitment to delivering forward-thinking, results-driven programming that addresses the real needs of today’s business environment.
Santa Clarita professionals are encouraged to participate in the inaugural summit to position themselves at the forefront of workplace performance and leadership.
Santa Clarita residents can also expect the summit to take place on May 14 from 8 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
For early admission to the summit, Santa Clarita residents can register on the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce website under the events tab and email them for more information on the summit in May.
