Elizabeth Hurley has revealed a surprising beauty tip which everyone can follow.
The Austin Powers actress and model, 60, was speaking with fans on social media when she insisted she did not spend money on expensive juices for breakfast
“I don’t personally guzzle weird green juices or take a load of supplements,” Hurley wrote in a Tuesday, March 31, Instagram post. “But I’ve drunk two mugs of warm water first thing every morning for as long as I remember, and I swear by it (and it’s free).”
The swimsuit designer has previously offered other unusual health tips to her followers.

Despite continuing to stay looking young, she is not someone who has an intensive workout routine with a personal trainer. And while she does watch what she eats. she does not rely on a dietician.
In an interview with the Sydney Morning Herald in June 2024, Hurley said: “I don’t go to the gym, but I’m very active. I don’t really sit still very much. But I do a lot of gardening — that’s quite bendy-downy, picking stuff up!”
On her diet, she added: “I’ve always watched what I eat, since forever. I’ve never wanted to eat processed food. Right back to my teens, I’ve always looked at the labels on food.”
“I just eat what I would say is very normal, which could be roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and a couple of different vegetables,” she saif. “It’s definitely not anything new-fangled or weird.”
