Actress and model Elizabeth Hurley, 60, revealed her unique wellness hack. The best part: It’s completely free and can take under two minutes from start to finish.
The Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery star posed on Instagram in a white sweatshirt over red bikini bottoms with gold chain detailing from her eponymous brand ($88, Elizabeth Hurley Beach).

Elizabeth Hurley posted new pictures on Instagram wearing smoky eyeshadow, glossy lips, and a fiery red swimsuit.

In the first picture, she lay on the bed with her arms up behind her head, exposing her stomach. In the second photo, she posed against a white wall with a big smile.
“I don’t personally guzzle weird green juices or take a load of supplements,” she wrote in the caption.

“But,” she continued, “I’ve drunk two mugs of warm water first thing every morning for as long as I remember, and I swear by it.”
In parentheses, she added, “And it’s free.” She signed the message with a winking emoji plus a smattering of hearts and kisses.
Some sources suggest that drinking warm water could help with bowel movements and faster hydration, but gastroenterologist Brian Weiner told the Cleveland Clinic that water temperature has not been linked to medically significant differences.

The comments were filled with admiring words, with fans in disbelief over Hurley’s age and physique.
“So that’s the secret!” one person wrote, while another added, “I’ll do whatever you suggest, teach me.”
The star, whose career spans four decades, often gets asked about her lifestyle secrets for staying in shape.

In January 2024, after receiving countless comments and questions about her toned physique, Hurley revealed her go-to tips in an Instagram post.
“My mantra is: don’t eat too much, too fast, too often, or too late,” she wrote. “Or, put another way, eat smaller meals, chew properly, ban snacking, and eat dinner earlier.”
Acknowledging that these are her own habits and not prescriptive advice, she added, “This works for me.”
Hurley also stated that she skips “weird” green juices—a commonly recommended beverage genre in many wellness circles—and only turns to supplements if blood tests actually suggest she should.

“I try to have vegetables or fruit equal half of every plate I eat,” she wrote, sharing as an example that if she enjoys a sandwich, she will pair it with an apple.
“I eat pretty much everything but only have junk food as an absolute treat—and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don’t have in my own kitchen,” Hurley wrote.
Continuing, “That includes ‘diet’ and ‘low-fat’ everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits, and all sodas.”
She enjoys making food from scratch, noting that her best investment was a bread maker, which she uses daily, and that she bakes cakes every weekend.
“Other than diet, my other advice is to move more,” she wrote, adding, “I don’t go to the gym or do any set exercise, but I’m extremely active.”
