For Kimberly Fisher, true healing doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens in connection. Through her Pet Synergy Sessions, she brings humans, animals, and even the home environment into alignment, recognizing the deep energetic bond they share. By blending holistic modalities with intuitive guidance, Kimberly creates a space where both pet and owner can release stress, restore balance, and reconnect. The result is more than individual healing — it’s a ripple effect that transforms the relationship itself into one of harmony, trust, and mutual support.

Kimberly, your Pet Synergy Sessions bring humans and animals together in one healing space. What inspired you to take this integrated approach rather than focusing on just one or the other?
What inspired me was witnessing how deeply connected animals and their humans truly are. Time and time again, I saw that when one is out of balance, the other feels it. Many times the animals often mirror what their humans are experiencing emotionally or energetically. By bringing humans and animals into the same space, I can support the whole energetic bond, not just one side of it. It was designed to create a shared healing space where both can soften, reconnect and come back into harmony together. When one heals the other can heal too.

You mention creating a “whole life” healing experience that includes the human, the animal, and the home. How do these elements interact in your sessions?
The Whole Life experience includes tuning into all three elements. When animals are in their natural place of residency, they might share something about the home that is relevant to the session to gain details as to what is happening in their life. With that in mind, I listen to the whole story, the animal, the human and the space.  I listen to the needs of the animals, the needs of the animals and if the home has something to share. The home holds energy just like we do.  Then, when I bring awareness and healing into each layer, everything can begin to soften, shift and come back into a more peaceful rhythm together.

Your work incorporates homeopathy, Ayurveda, and energetic practices. How do you blend these different modalities into a cohesive healing program?
All of these modalities have been around for thousands of years. They each weave a natural approach to helping one heal. Using these ancient techniques, I gently coach people and offer them suggestions as to how these modalities can be helpful in their healing. The ones listed here, is an option to help the body self heal, so they can be used when the client feels it works for them. Each person or animal is unique and guided by intuition, constitution or what shows up in their energetic field, helps me to make recommendations using any of these. Together, they can help create a comprehensive approach that supports long term harmony, not just quick fixes.

What kinds of transformations or outcomes have you seen when people and their pets go through this process together?
The most beautiful transformation I see is the ‘ripple effect.’ When we clear the energetic clutter from a human’s field, their pet—who has often been ‘holding’ that energy for them—finally feels safe enough to let it go. It’s a shared sigh of relief. We move from a state of mutual stress to a state of mutual support, where the bond is no longer defined by worry, but by a clear, vibrant connection.

One example I can share is I had a client that was going through a career transition while caring for aging dog who had begun pacing restlessly at night. The owner was exhausted along with being anxious which in turn could cause the dog to be more unsettled because of the static and energy in the house.

During the session, I focused on grounding the human and clearing the mental noise. We did breath work and as the breath started to slow, their heart rate shifts and their energetic field sharts to turn from jagged to smooth and expansive. Energetically I cleared the energy in and around the body.

Then for the dog, went through the process of clearing and releasing the stagnant energy in and around the body and put focus on the heart to heart connection. The animal began to release a deep breath and ended up falling asleep.

By addressing both of them, it can help stop the feedback loop. The human was able to maintain a calmer center and the dog no longer felt the need to take on the anxiety at night which in turn allowed him to rest through the night instead of pacing.

For someone new to this type of work, what can they expect during a Pet Synergy Session, and how should they prepare?
The session usually takes place in ones home where everyone involved can be in their natural element, which in turns sets the stage for less stress and a time to unplug. The animal isn’t forced to sit in one spot and has the ability to walk around and move as they would or lay in their comfy spot. For the human side of the work, I would ask if there was any area of concern that they wish to work on or if any part of their body is wanting some extra attention. I would also ask if there was any area of concern for their animal, and what they wish to learn or work on together.

I work with one of them at a time. Depending on who wants to go first, each session allows me to connect deeper on an energetic level to feel into the imbalances and clear deeper than just an overall scan. Each session is about 30-45 minutes, pending on how deep we go and what continues to show up or how fast the energy flows. The body dictates what they need and I work too at the pace of the animal. Humans may feel a sensation, a sense of calm, may see colors or feel energy moving. Animals might sigh, lick, stretch, get up and move around, along with yawning, all are signs of them processing during the session.

These sessions are a connection between you, the human and their animal.  You aren’t just watching your pet get treated; you are participating in a shared language of healing. That in itself is a beautiful invisible thread between the two of you. By doing this work together, you’re not just relaxing—you’re actually clearing the path for that connection to grow even stronger which can lead to more insights for you.
