A smoothie is a drink made from pureed raw fruit and/or vegetables, typically using a blender.
In this video we are making a smoothie with Raspberry,Mango,Orange and Pineapple to give a Sunrise effect of colors.

Raspberries are a good source of fiber and vitamin C. Raspberries also contain small amounts of Vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin B6, calcium and zinc.

Mango is a low-calorie fruit that is high in fiber, and is a great source of vitamins A and C. It also contains folate, B6, iron and a little calcium, zinc and vitamin E.

Pineapple is high in vitamin C, which helps your immune system and keep you healthy. It also has Vitamins A, B6, E, K and Calcium.

Oranges are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, thiamine, folate, and potassium.
