RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – The Roosevelt Swim Center will begin a new Arthritis Water Fitness Class next week.
Classes start Monday, April 6, and will run for four weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. Sessions take place in the facility’s shallow, warm-water leisure pool.
Fitness Coordinator Sue Crossman said the program focuses on low-impact movement to help improve mobility, strength, and flexibility. It’s designed for people with arthritis or joint-related conditions, but it’s also a good fit for anyone looking for a gentle way to stay active.
For more information, contact Crossman at 605-394-5223.
