Our tester, Pete, tried this vitamin. He first noted that the product comes in a glass jar, but with instructions to take one capsule in the morning within two hours of waking up. He thought the instructions were straightforward and easy to read, rating them a 5 out of 5.
As for taking the supplement, Pete gave it a 3 out for how easy it was to swallow, and also 3 out of 5 for how it tasted—reporting it was “tasteless.”

Pete also explained, “This supplement is designed to support energy and focus. The product isn’t caffeinated, so I didn’t notice any rush of energy, but I did feel good after taking it—like I had a bit more focus than usual.” He said that particular effect began about a half-hour after taking the capsule.
Our tester noted, “Seed AM-02 takes a different approach than typical energy supplements by focusing on caffeine-free nootropics and gut-brain support instead of stimulants. The company says DHEA is “a natural hormone precursor that declines with age,” and that DHEA can “help support training readiness, recovery routines, and day‑to‑day energy when used consistently as part of a healthy lifestyle.”
Swolverine designed its DHEA supplement for active adults, athletes and high performers, and people with busy lifestyles. The company also notes that DHEA may be prohibited by some sports organizations, so competitive athletes should check competition rules before using this supplement.
Our tester, Pete, tried Swolverine’s DHEA. He noted that the recommended serving size is one capsule per day, and that, “The capsule itself is about half the size of a standard capsule, measuring slightly over half an inch in length and roughly 0.5 cm in diameter—making it very easy to swallow.” Pete rated this product a 5 out of 5 for its instructions, and a 5 out of 5 for how easy it was to swallow.

Our tester also noted that the capsule was flavorless, giving it a 3 out of 5 for how it tasted. After taking it, he said he didn’t notice any side effects or digestive issues.
Pete examined the active ingredient as well. He said, “DHEA is a hormone that the body naturally produces. It’s a precursor to both male and female sex hormones, including testosterone and estrogen.” Pete said the 100-milligram dose is “on the high end of what’s commonly used in clinical studies,” and he also said that the actual evidence for DHEA’s ability to boost performance, strength, and muscle gain is “limited.”

Our tester mixed one scoop with 10 ounces of cold water as instructed and used a shaker bottle to mix it. Our tester, Pete, tried Naked Energy and reported back. He found the instructions easy to follow—you just mix one or two scoops in 8 ounces of water, or you can use a sports drink or another beverage of choice. Pete said the powder dissolved well, leaving no chunks behind. He rated it a 5 out of 5 for the ease of following instructions, and a 5 out of 5 for how easy it was to mix the powder with liquid.

When it came time to actually try the product, Pete said, “This is an unflavored product, it doesn’t taste like much. There’s no distinct flavor and it’s not sweet at all.” Pete rated it a 3 out of 5 for its flavor.

Carter, our tester, tried Grüns. He said one serving includes eight gummies—a plus for those who like to snack, potentially a minus for those who prefer a smaller serving. Upon trying them, our tester said, “These taste like gummy bears, but slightly less artificial.” He found them pleasant to eat. Carter rated the product a 5 out of 5 for the formulation, and he also gave a 5 out of 5 for taste.

Carter also didn’t notice any side effects, and he researched online reviews to see what others reported. What he generally found was that “people love the convenience, the taste, and the energy boost they get from the gummies” with some users noting the digestive benefits and agreeable flavor.

Our tester rated the product a 5 out of 5 for how easy it was to read and follow instructions.

Ann said the gummies are shaped like small domes, not too big and “very easy to take.” But she noted, “Once you open the pouch, the smell is very potent.” She also wrote, “The taste is something you will have to get used to.
