Note: Remdesivir is an adenine analog and not uracil. I taught it as a Uracil analog.
MERS-COV peaks in humans between 7-10 days after the onset of symptoms. This gives a good chance to use Remdesivir.
Early therapy with Remdesivir will help reduce the virus load and the damage due to the immune response.
