SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – More than 356,000 dietary supplements containing iron are being recalled because the containers are not child-resistant, violating the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.

The recall includes more than 10 brands and nearly 20 products manufactured by Vitaquest International.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said this poses a serious risk for injury or death if the contents are swallowed by young children.
